Alzheimer’s is an incredibly complicated disease, but it affects one of the most important parts of human health – the brain. The onset of the disease is difficult to predict, and it can begin to manifest in many different forms. However, the accumulation of certain proteins in the brain, coupled with the natural oxidative stress of aging, can speed the process. Cinnamon is an excellent aid for Alzheimer’s as it can inhibit the aggregation of certain proteins in the brain, provide antioxidant effects to prevent chronic disease, and also stimulate the circulatory system.
