Echinacea

There are countless uses of echinacea in natural healing, but it is particularly praised for its anti-inflammatory capabilities. In the case of burning tongue syndrome, your mouth may feel like it’s on fire, but this is likely due to an endocrine issue, poor oral health, nutrient deficiency or any number of other reasons. Echinacea’s anti-inflammatory compounds will remove the “heat” from your mouth and stimulate bloodflow to promote healing and proper function of those cells. About 20 drops of echinacea extract in water should be gargled and swished properly for best results.
