When it comes to infertility, you need to consider your current level of health, to determine whether you’re creating an encouraging environment for the creation of life. Exercise is important to keep your body’s metabolism and hormone production in place, but overdoing it on exercise can also cause irregularity in your periods. Yoga reduces stress, balances hormones, and improves the efficiency of bodily processes, and can be an important complementary activity to exercise if you’re dealing with infertility problems.
