Ginger

Ginger deserves a place in the treatment of multiple sclerosis due to its strong neuroprotective effects and anti-inflammatory properties. However, many other symptoms of multiple sclerosis can be resolved with ginger as well, namely thanks to its active ingredient, gingerol. MS patients often suffer from joint pain, bowel disorders, low energy levels and nausea, but ginger’s antioxidant effects can improve all of those common symptoms, making it one of the most comprehensive approaches to natural MS treatment.
