Green Tea

by Meenakshi Nagdeve last updated -

As we age, one of the things that we fear most is the loss of our beauty; the most obvious form of this is wrinkles. However, green tea has shown a remarkable ability to improve the health and appearance of our skin. Some of the organic compounds in green tea even act as astringents, tightening the skin and preventing the onset of wrinkles.
