Giardiasis is a parasitic infection that attacks the duodenum and makes it difficult for the body to absorb all the nutrients that it needs. Horseradish works in a number of ways to eliminate this parasitic infection, firstly by acting as an antioxidant and boosting the immune system to neutralize the protozoan. Secondly, horseradish stimulates the secretion of gastric and digestive juices, which helps to completely flush out the gastrointestinal tracts and the colon, making it very difficult for this parasite to spread and multiply. Horseradish can be soaked in water overnight, and the remaining water can be drunk.
