Inhaling steam has shown itself to be an effective, simple and inexpensive remedy for sinusitis. This could be as simple as boiling a pot of water and leaning your face over the rising steam; the hot vapor can help break up mucus and congestion in the nasal passages and respiratory system. Most importantly, be sure not to singe your face while trying this easy tip.
