This may seem like an incredibly simple remedy, but the problem with children suffering from ADHD is their activity levels and attention spans. When children drink sugary juices and sodas, their ability to focus and behave appropriately is already compromised, let alone if they also suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. If you replace the majority of other beverages with water, it will be easier for your child to maintain normal cognitive function and attention, improving their performance in school and in social settings.
