Add Calcium for Bone Health

If you want to boost your bone health, try something besides milk. There is plenty of calcium in other, more interesting foods, such as spinach, cheese, tofu, and orange juice, which will help you improve bone mineral density, prevent osteoporosis, and stay active well into old age.
