Apples to Clear Asthma

As the adage says “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, but apparently, it also keeps asthma at bay. Studies have found that people who consume 2-5 apples each week have a significantly lower chance of developing asthma, likely due to the flavonoids found in the popular fruit.
