Avoid the Bedtime Snack

Eating within 2-3 hours of your bedtime isn’t the best choice if you’re trying to lose weight, get in shape, or improve your metabolism. Your body digests food better when you’re active, and while you’re sleeping, your body should be resting and repairing, not digesting your snack!
