No Workouts Before Bed

While regular exercise is good for promoting proper sleep habits, doing it too close to your bedtime can be detrimental for your rest. Your body is energized following a workout, and that cooldown time can be longer than you think. Bascially, don’t exercise less than two hours before bed.
