Sleep When You’re Tired

It often seems like our To-Do Lists only get longer, but when our bodies inform us that we’re tired or overwhelmed, we need to listen. Pushing through exhaustion makes us work slower and our brains aren’t working nearly as well. When you’re tired, take a break and go to sleep!
