Our bodies are composed of more than 70% water, and we need to stay hydrated to carry out even the most basic tasks of our day. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water is recommended, but if you have an active lifestyle or live in a hot climate, you should drink 8-10 glasses for optimal energy. Protection Status
