If you are following a low-carb diet to treat diabetes, you should not eat the banana as it will only worsen your condition. This is because a small banana contains about 22 grams of carbs.

Fruits are good even for diabetics. That’s what I read in one of the articles, but I guess it all depends on the individual condition and severity.
