The healthiest of foods can cause adverse reactions on the body if consumed in excess over a length of time. Cranberry Juice, likewise, has been known to cause stomach upsets and abdominal pain when consumed in large amounts. There is a risk of developing digestive and gastrointestinal problems in the body that will lead to diarrhoea and kidney stones in the bladder when not consumed in moderation.

Cranberry juice is safe to drink in moderate quantities but drinking in excess can cause stomach pain and diarrhea. Consumption of over 1 liter on a regular basis can increase the level of a chemical called oxalate in the urine by 43% which in turn increases the risk of kidney stones

I suffer from atrophic gastritis. Intake of cranberry juice in my case got me into the trouble of excessive vitamin B12 in the body. At least thats what my doc said. It caused me stomach upset until I started my medication.

I think craberry juice in excess over time leads to urinary tract infection or even kidney stones.
