Can distraction be of any help during a panic attack?

Distraction technique is a great way to divert yourself from the effect of a panic attack. The best I know of is where you count your breaths. It takes less effort and just requires you to count patiently.

Entertainment is also a way to distract yourself. Create a playlist for yourself that fuels you up and use it in crisis to gear up.
