Yes absolutely. Spicy food is the root cause of stomach irritation and digestive issues. Now I am not sure if this can be described as constipation or hemorrhoids, but you can see a doctor if at all your condition is going worse.
Here are some tips you could try for relief:
Drink water (like a lot of it)
Eat chia seeds
Include leafy greens in your salads
I guess a minor change can do a lot sometimes. The bottom line is just that, ‘don’t go mad pleasing the taste buds that you forget to think about your stomach!
