I know how to make coffee by using a French press. Usually mom used roasted and granulated ginger but I am more comfortable with my way.
You’ll need Sugar, Ginger, Cinnamon sticks, water, Coffee (2tsp blended coffee for each cup).I prefer palm sugar and cinnamon powder but you can use them in any way available. Once you have the ingredients ready, start with making the coffee.
1. If you are using fresh ginger, then roast it until lightly browned.
2. Boil the ginger and other things with water over low heat,( this will make the ginger cofffee flavorful) for at least 10 minutes.
3.Continue to boil the water until the quantity becomes 1/4 and then remove from heat.
4. Strain the water and add 2tsp coffee powder in each cup
Your ginger coffee is ready.

I never knew we could use ginger for making coffee. Seems like I was oblivious to what was happening around. Gonna make this coffee soon. Thanks for the detailed recipe!
