Myrrh oil, in controlled quantities, can be taken orally but as with any other essential oil myrrh essential oil have its own risks for oral intake.

Mix two drops of myrrh essential oil in half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Rub this mixture on your both your feet. Wear a pair of socks and go to sleep. My, my, my, you definitely get some amazingly peaceful sleep. This is what I do on weekends! It enhances antioxidant effects and gives you good sleep.
