Mix two drops of myrrh essential oil in half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Rub this mixture on your both your feet. Wear a pair of socks and go to sleep. My, my, my, you definitely get some amazingly peaceful sleep. This is what I do on weekends! It enhances antioxidant effects and gives you good sleep.
