Yes, you can take Selenium. It actually helps in reducing the toxicity of the chemo drugs. For the dosage, I suggest you talk to a doctor. Taking too much Selenium isn’t good for you either.

Selenium does not conflict with chemo. But taking too much Selenium has been linked to diabetes. I suggest you talk to your doctor first. In any case, you should clear all supplements with your doctor when you are under chemo.
