Burdock root has a major impact on liver-associated disorders. It helps in the synthesis and release of bile which ensures the liver is free of toxins and chemicals. The bile produced by the liver is a digestive juice which helps in improving digestion and defending the liver from inflammatory conditions including hepatitis. Burdock root also helps in eliminating gallstones.
