Does coconut oil help in arthritis?

Most definitely. Coconut oil is an anti-inflammatory which would help with arthritis pain. Especially when you combine with cayenne pepper (topically) would aid in reducing inflammation and swelling of joints.

Not sure if I would take a teaspoon daily,I will also rub my shoulder for arthritis
