Does frying in olive oil cause cancer?

Olive oil has a relatively low smoke point as compared to other oils. The toxic chemicals released when olive oil is heated were previously linked to cancer. However there is no piece of evidence which says that olive oil causes cancer if used regularly. Just make sure you do not over heat the oil.
