How can you take sage oil orally?

I find that sage oil really helps with my arthritic pain. I just add a couple of drops to my tea.

Sage oil is used more often for aromatherapy or for massages. You can try clary sage oil instead. It’s teh same family as a sage. The oil has a milder taste. You can add it to your tea or even to your salad dressing. Personally, I just find it a better alternative for taking orally.
