How do I use balsamic vinegar for indigestion?

Recommended amount is 2 tablespoons daily, but I think it is a bit too much. My sister used to drink like one teaspoon everyday when she had problems. I think it’s best if you add balsamic to foods you prepare like salads and sauces. This is my mother’s recipe as she wanted all of us to eat homemade. Mix like 3 spoons of blasamic vinegar in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil and seasoning. Stir both properly and use the mixture as a tart dip for freshly cut raw veggies like carrots, cucumber, salads and celery.
