Like all essential oils, you should use frankincense essential oil with a carrier oil like sweet almond, avocado or jojoba oil. You can add a drop to the carrier oil and rub it on your belly. But I suggest you do a patch test first.

I don’t know about frankincense essential oil, but ginger, lavender, peppermint and lemon essential oils are really good for indigestion. You can take a drop of the essential oil and add it to a carrier oil like coconut, olive or jojoba oil. Take this mixture and rub it on your tummy.
