Aromatherapy works through the sense of smell, and absorption via the skin. Inhaling the oil stimulates the brain concerned with emotions, instincts, heart rate, breathing, stress, and hormone balance, providing an integrated effect on the body. Massaging the oil directly into the body helps in increasing circulation and absorption. Some oils are antifungal, antiviral and they prevent cell damage. They also have a positive effect on the skin, addressing problems such as skin aging and acne.

Aromatherapy enhances your senses basically through smell like when you smeel it, it runs through your blood by oxygen. Each oil has its own effects
