An average person weighing 150 pounds can consume maximum 15 cups of hibiscus tea a day. If the limit is exceeded, possible side effects like constipation, cold, and many more can be seen.

7 cups a day max is fine as per my knowledge unless you want to feel constipated

It varies as per weight, but yea stick to 7 for safe side
