Apple cider vinegar can be taken directly in the morning. 1 tablespoon mixed with warm water and honey gives best results. Drink it slowly and drink an ample amount of water within half an hour of drinking it, as it would help in better digestion and managing blood sugar levels.

\"I usually keep changing the way I take apple cider vinger in the morning. A few of the ways I do it are
- I add one tablespoon of apple cider vinger to my salad
- Sometimes I mix one tabelspoon of apple cider vinger with honey and warm water and drink it on empty stomach
- I also sometimes add two tablespoon of the vinger in about 250ml of grapefruit juice and drink it in the morning
- During winter days when its freezing cold outside, I add honey, cinnamon, and vinger in a pot. Then I heat it a little. Then I serve myself this hot cup of tea
Apple cider vinger has majorly shown effects in resolving my bloating issue. Therefore, I make sure to somehow add this in my morning routine.\"
