I think it is too much to ask for but it is definitely possible. You should exchange your lunch meals with breakfast. So, you are having breakfast twice and your dinner should contain meat or fish which is the size of a deck card. Drink coffee only once and green tea twice. 45 mins carido or brisk walking. Lots of water and fiber-rich fruits as mid meals.

Be sure to do this only if you have some very important goal with very little time in hand. Once done, switch to a healthy living. It is not a diet to be continued forever.
