At 154 pounds here, I myself am struggling with this issue. Having gone to various dietitians and nutritionists, what I’ve now come down to is following a proper diet with a limited amount of calories and other nutrients. I still struggle with food sometimes, especially during family outings and social get togethers, but I somehow manage. I usually eat salads, beans, protein based food, and when I have a craving I go for dark chocolate. I’ve also added 3 miles of treadmill in my daily routine now. I’d really appreciate if you can also help me with the same! Always open to new tips.
