Making of Rhodiola Rosea tea starts with the chopping of Rhodiola rosea root. Place the chopped roots in a teapot and boil water in a pan. Add boiled water in a teapot, pour it on the chopped rosea roots and let it rest for around 4-5 hours. Strain it out into a glass and drink it 3-4 times a day in small portions for best results.
