I do not like the taste of coriander at all. I find its taste to be soapy. Does anyone else feel the same?

The feeling of coriander having a soapy taste has a lot to do with your genes. Basically, aldehyde is present in both cilantro and soap and only those with some special genes are able to smell this. Thus, your genes are responsible for your hate-hate relationship with coriander. The best you could do is switch to eating parsely.
