My cousin had the problem of hand tremors. I remember, she telling me how using frankincense essential oil helped her. She used to apply it to her temples and neck twice daily. It was really effective. I haven’t heard of lemongrass being effective for tremors. Anybody who has been using it?

Once or twice a day put 2 drops of frankincense essential oil on the roof of the mouth. Or you may also prepare a mixture of frankincense,
helichrysum and vetiver essential oils and apply two drops of it on the temples and neck two times daily.
