Ashwaganda would definitely help in reducing arthritis pain, but you would want to take it in conjunction with other things (coconut oil, cayenne pepper) to reap full benefits. Overall diet is a significant contributor to relief of arthritic pain.

My mom takes Ashwagandha for her arthritic pain issue. It has definitely worked for her. Apparently, ashwagandha has anti-arthritic and anti-inflammatory properties which help to solve the arthritic issue. So, if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, do give it a try.
