Acidity level of each tea differs depending upon the ingredients added to it. In general, it is found that hibiscus tea contains citric acid and has a pH of 2.5 (which is acidic). However, it is good to consult with your doctor before adding this to your diet, especially when one is suffering from acidity or acid reflux issues.

If the tea is strong, yes you may get a feeling of acidity in you but dont worry it doesn’t last long

Hibiscus tea is more acidic than most other teas. Someone in the comments has rightly said that the pH of hibiscus tea is 2.5 which is lower than orange juice (which is pH 3). Thus, it is more acidic than orange juice. Do not consume hibiscus tea if you suffer from acidity issues.
