Is valerian root good for someone with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD-stage 3)?

It is most important to incorporate magnesium in your diet if you suffer from CKD. That’s what my friend does as she suffers from CKD. The recommended dosage is 200-300mg daily.

Valerian root is not supposed to be taken by people with kidney or liver disorders.
