Consumption of foods rich in vitamin B6 helps in relieving nausea. Though the vitamin does not play a significant role in controlling the feeling of vomiting, especially for women with a baby bump, it does help in controlling morning sickness in most cases. The vitamin contains enzymes which have the potential to diminish the factors leading to morning sickness. Too much consumption can, however, lead to nerve damage.
