Almonds are great memory boosting foods because of the vitamin E, magnesium and proteins present in them. Along with these, antioxidants are in abundance in almonds. These are useful in preventing oxidative stress which can help prevent diseases in the long run. However, most of these antioxidants are located in the peel, so it is recommended that you don’t eat peeled almonds if you want full benefits.
