Too much of parsley tea might lead to weakness and affect blood sugar levels which ultimately might lead to anemia and kidney diseases. Therefore, it needs to be taken in the right amounts as prescribed by doctors. Because of parsley, the body tends to hold onto increasing levels of sodium which increases water retention. This is detrimental to the overall functioning of the body.
