Foods that are high in vitamin C include kiwi, papaya, bell peppers, lemons, oranges, strawberries, tomatoes, kale, pineapple and snow peas. Guava and blackcurrant are also good sources of vitamin C. The vitamin is an antioxidant and is also known to lower the risk of cancer.
