Boron is an important element and nutrient required by our body, but certain factors can cause its deficiency. These factors include lack of diet, the disturbed balance between calcium and magnesium in the body, persistent vomiting, eating disorders or severe malnutrition. The body may also develop osteoporosis in case of boron deficiency.
