Ceylon tea is made from regular tea plants but what makes it different from other teas is that it’s grown in a region named Ceylon. It is generally black in color and used in various tea blends. It is citrusy or sharp in taste with a very strong aroma. It is grown as green tea and black tea, which is good for health.
