The best way to eat raisins is by mixing them with cold milk and water. One should use 50% water and 50% raw milk and soak a handful of raisins in this mixture. Eating this also helps in regulating the bowel movements and reduces body pain. Eating soaked raisins is always considered a better option than eating them raw.

You can make a milk shake out of it or just take a handful of it and just chew on them for a while.
