Ceylon tea is grown in Sri Lanka. Tea grown at high altitude tends to be lighter in flavor, whereas lower altitude tea is full bodied and filled with intense flavor. Green tea is a form of Camellia Sinensis as all other teas. After getting plucked, the tea leaves are steamed, or pan fired. Green tea has less amount of caffeine as compared to black tea.
