Both green tea and green coffee are consumed by people who are trying to lose weight. Green coffee is made from unroasted coffee beans, and hence they are decaffeinated. Green tea, on the other hand, is made from dried and steamed leaves and does contain caffeine but in a lesser amount. Green coffee is known to show faster weight loss results when compared to green tea.
