Oolong tea and green tea both are known to aid in weight loss, but oolong tea has stronger effects. Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea, but it comes from the same source as green tea. The difference lies in their processing. Green tea’s oxidation is stopped while oolong tea is allowed to oxidize but under controlled conditions. Their intake should be restricted as they both contain caffeine.
