As per scientific research, following dosage of artichoke extract should be administered by mouth. For indigestion, take 320 to 640 mg of leaf extract of artichokes three times daily for 8 weeks. For high cholesterol problem, 500 to 1920 mg of artichoke extract can be taken daily.
