What is the protein and carb value in romaine and iceberg lettuce. Any fat involved?

I am so naive, cannot even notice the difference between both the types of lettuce, leave alone the nutrition they provide. Lol. One thing though, about 95 percent of lettuce is made up of water. Hahahahahahaha, hardly any place for fats!

Agreed! But you know surprisingly, romaine lettuce is more beneficial than iceberg lettuce because it contains more vitamin A. A medium sized cup containing 100 grams of any lettuce variety can provide you with 1g protein and 2g to 3g of carbohydrates easily.

How does one obtain these nutrients? I mean, do you cook the cabbage or just eat it raw?
